Process
Initial Inquiry
You’ve found me and reached out, thank you! We’ll need to get to know you and what you love and don’t love about your space. You can also show me images of your ideal design style so we can get a feel for the type of aesthetic you want to achieve. We’ll get acquainted, chat about your goals, and determine if we’re a good fit. Assuming we are, we’d move onto the next step.
Design Consultation
Let’s meet face to face! Depending on your goals, we will come and take a survey of your home. Photos and measurements will be taken and we will get a good sense of the space. We’ll review expectations, timeline, discuss payment options, collect your deposit, and set up a shared Pinterest board, where we can start referencing your inspiration. Influenced by your desired style and budget, we will create a design concept to be presented to you.
Project Evalutation
Influenced by your desired style and budget, we will create a design concept to be presented to you. From the approved design concept and floor plan, we can work together to source and order furniture, fabrics, window treatments, light fixtures and accessories. The design comes to life! New items will be placed and styled and you can begin to enjoy your space!
QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
01Do you offer customized packages?
Yes, let’s tailor a package to fit your needs! After our initial consultation call, we will provide you with a custom proposal based on your needs.
02When is payment due?
Payment is due within 10 business days of signing your contract, i.e. prior to receiving your design package. With your contract, you will also receive an invoice from our billing system. We cannot send your designs until we have received payment or have made other arrangements with you.
03What should we expect while working together?
This all depends on what you want! In the questionnaire, you will share your ideal level of involvement. If you want us to do ALL the work, in person shopping, styling, and installation will be charged at a rate of $75/hour (minimum 2 hours).
04What happens if my design concepts don’t feel “right” to me?
This is why we offer 1 complimentary revision per space! Please please tell us if we missed the mark, it is your home not ours so you need to be the one who loves it! In order for the revision to be complimentary, the client must request within two weeks of receiving the initial design package and be prepared to identify the elements they did not like. If revisions are requested later than 10 business days, client will incur a revision charge of $100 per space.
